　　Today, we are in an era where knowledge and information are the primary resources for the development of economy and society.Great changes have happened to the sci-tech archive work with the development of modern science and technology.And computer and internet technology became the core of modern science and technology.Under the current situation, how to protect and use the sci-tech archive is presented in the paper.
