Applications of Virtual Reality Technology in Offshore Engineering

　　Virtual simulation technology in marine engineering gradually becomes one of the main branches in offshore engineering.An introduction to simulation technology is presented at first, summarizing the applications of virtual reality technology in marine engineering and the main development trends are discussed as well.This paper also provides effective solution for some problems in marine engineering.
