Latest Progress in Deepwater Installation Technologies

摘要：

　　This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the current state-of-the-art deepwater in stallation technologies and categorizes various installation methods based on the latest advancements in the subsea constructions.Different deepwater installation technologies are described here to address the important aspects of subsea installation technologies, including different types of subsea construction vessels, various single-wire and multi-fall deployment systems, steel wire ropes, synthetic fiber ropes,anti-rotation systems, free-fall installations, dynamic amplification factors, motion compensation systems, buoyancy elements, duration of deepwater installations, etc.
