Optimization Research of Jetting Parameters for Conductor Installation in Deepwater

摘要：

　　Jetting was widely used in deepwater conductor operation.Reasonable selection of drilling parameters is very important for conductor jetting in deepwater.Relational model between jetting ROP(penetration of rate) and the drilling fluid flowrate and WOB(weight on bit) parameters were established based on the lab experiment, field test and analysis of field application data, results show that flowrate and WOB parameters are the key factors for ROP of conductor jetting and the soaking time.The research achievement has been successfully applied in several deepwater wells in South China Sea, and it will provide scientific basis and technical guidance for deepwater well design and site operation.
