SOFTWARE QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES AT NEC

摘要：

　　The improvement of software quality and productivity is a very important issue facing a software development organization.This paper discusses an approach to improvements within NEC.Taking one of NEC organizations developing OS and general-purpose middle software for IT products as a case study, we describe the background to the organizations more than 20 years of ongoing efforts to improve quality and productivity, while presenting our key concept of Software Factory and Software Quality Accounting,which are key techniques in helping to enhance the relevant organizations quality and productivity.
