RESEARCH ON EVALUATION METHOD OF INTEGRATED OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN MEDICINE LOGISTICS

　　The integrated operation of medicine logistics has become an important weapon for the medicine enterprises to reduce their cost and to enhance their competitive power.From the strategic perspective of logistics supply chain, this paper researches construction and practical application of the integrated operational mode of the medicine logistics, has reached the following conclusion that the customer value and supply chain value are the important indicators of the performance evaluation in medicine logistics.The development of ability and potential index are playing supporting roles in the overall performance.
