A STUDY OF CHINESE IRON AND STEEL ENTERPRISES PROFIT MODEL FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMPETITIVENESS ELEMENTS

　　Based on an analysis of the future trend of Chinese iron and steel enterprises competitiveness elements including industrial chain, rapid response,differentiation strategy, and green model, the present thesis aims to construct a detailed graph of the innovation of Chinese iron and steel enterprises profit model, and to propose four basic profit models which might be beneficial to the sustainability of Chinese iron and steel enterprises as useful guidance for the development of Chinese iron and steel industry.
