ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANUFACTURERS COST AND OUTSOURCING BASED ON SYSTEM DYNAMICS

摘要：

　　Outsourcing is becoming a new source of cost saving for manufacturers.This paper discussed the influence that had been exerted on costs by outsourcing.The analysis was based on dynamic system theory and a general model was built on the vensim platform.The simulation results indicated that the cost of manufacture was closely affected by the ratio of outsourcing and they needed to keep the balance between outsourcing and in-house business to minimize their costs.
