CONVENTIONAL STORES COALITION TOWARDS BALANCED DUAL CHANNEL SUPPLY CHAIN
Coalition is very attractive to supply chain (SC) players since it offers competitive benefit. In this paper we propose such concept in dual channel supply chain (DCSC) environment.A challenging scenario developed to portray the cooperation between two conventional stores to compete against the central warehouse and its online facility. Two upper and lower limit scenarios also incorporated to measure the performance. Our numerical analysis has been shows that our coalition scenario performs better than the commonly used pricing scheme decision by DCSC managers.Furthermore, our idea interestingly suggests that the performance of our idea is nearly perfect when the customer is neither loyal to online facility nor to conventional store.
