INCENTIVE MECHANISM DESIGN RESEARCH OF ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT

摘要：

　　The article introduces cost plus incentive linear contract form by using incentive and restrain theory, considering the influence to the construction period which is brought about by the two incentive factors of cost and time limitation.Established between the owner and the contractor incentive mechanism, and makes the owner to pay minimum to his contract and realize the purpose of the incentive contractor.By using the engineering example has verified the incentive model is effective and feasible, providing a reference for the owner in the design for incentive contract.
