RESEARCH ON COLLABORATIVE RISK CONTROL METHOD OF ISTEDP

　　In this paper, a multiple-complex-conflict equilibrium cooperating risk control method of ISTEDP (important scientific and technological equipment development project) was studied.The multiplecomplex-conflict equilibrium models between participants of the project were established, designing the risk control mechanism of major technical equipment development project.And methods of project risk evaluating, analyzing and planning were developed to explore the cooperative activities including project risk supervising, forecasting and reporting in multiple-complex-conflict equilibrium environment.In addition, the project risk collaborative close-loop feedback control system was constructed, designing the project risk collaborative disposal plan, and the dualstabbed-figure structure was developed to optimize project risk collaborative disposal strategy.This article provided a system of new method for cooperating risk control in important scientific and technological equipment development project.
