RESEARCH ON KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND INNOVATION MECHNISM IN TRANSNATIONAL KNOWLEDGE ALLIANCE: AMERICAN COMPANY AS EXAMPLE

　　Based on the previous literature that focused on the models to try to illustrate the process of knowledge transfer, we find that these papers are not very clear when explaining the process of knowledge transfer and innovation.This paper establishes a conceptual model that, to some extent, improves the previous research and tries to reveal the mystery in the black hole in the process of knowledge transfer and innovation.On this basis, we combine the model with the case study to clarify the process of knowledge transfer and innovation in transnational knowledge alliance.
