THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE OUTSOURCING ON NATIONAL INNOVATION EFFICIENCY

　　This paper uses the heterogeneous firm model to study the influence of service outsourcing (regarded as an organizational innovation) which could improve the national innovation efficiency.The paper analyzes national innovation efficiency by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) first and then the influence of service outsourcing on national innovation efficiency by linear regression analysis with the panel data from China and the selected OECD Countries during 1981-2008.It also makes some suggestions on the basis of the brief conclusion.
