SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INPUT-OUTPUT EFFICIENCY EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR ENTERPRISES BASED ON BALANCED SCORECARD

　　When the national economic growth mode changes from input-driven to innovation-driven, science and technology will become the most powerful motivation in Chinese economic development.Based on the analysis of recent research on efficiency evaluation of science and technology of enterprise, this paper discusses the feasibility of applying balanced scorecard in the evaluation of the science and technology inputoutput efficiency of enterprises, and constructs efficiency evaluation model, strategy map and index system of science and technology input-output of enterprises.The findings of this paper can offer a model of the science and technology input-output efficiency evaluation for Chinese enterprises.
