RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF KNOWLEDGE CHARACTERISTIC AND COORDINATION MECHANISM ON ENTERPRISES COOPERATIVE INNOVATION KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

摘要：

　　This paper examines the relationships among knowledge characteristic, coordination mechanism and knowledge transfer effect in co-build mode of enterprises cooperation innovation.The sample of the study has 210 knowledge workers.The study proves that: knowledge embeddability has a direct affect on knowledge transfer effect;knowledge tacit has a little direct affect on knowledge transfer effect;coordination mechanism has an obvious medium between knowledge characteristic and knowledge transfer effect.
