OPTIMIZATION OF EMERGENCY VEHICLES ALLOCATION BASED ON RESPONSE TIME AND COVERAGE RATE

摘要：

　　Allocation of emergency vehicles (EV) has been considered as one of the most important topics in urban emergency management.Based on probabilistic model, this paper proposed a novel algorithm, aiming to find out the minimum EV number with constraints of response time and coverage rate.Both experiments on synthetic data sets and a real-life case have demonstrated the merits of the proposed algorithm.
