A MULTICRITERIA INCUBATEES SELECTION MODEL BY CONSIDERING INVESTOR ORIENTATION

Technology incubator is a tool for promoting the development of technology based growth firm with purposes dealing such as improving value added, reducing unemployment, and improving survival ability. The previous literatures emphasize the measurement of incubator outcomes. However, the literatures not incorporate incubator performance planning related with incubatee selection process which will be key element in input of incubator.Decision maker (DM) is investors who will establish technology incubator.Different purposes of DM have influence to incubatee selection process, since the DM have different orientation. In this paper, we propose multi criteria incubatee selection for optimizing profitability, survival ability, worker absorption and reducing failure of technology transfer during incubation process by set the minimum level technology of candidate as recipient transfer. We used interactive Tchebycheff method to provide set of nondominated solution.By giving set of alternative solutions, we provide a freedom to incorporate DM s orientation.
