DEVELOPMENT OF FAULT DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WITHOUT AMOUNT OF FEED IN A BATH PLANT

  The abnormal cause was specified with a dynamic simulator in case of a certain quantity of material feed.However, there was a problem which cannot specify the abnormal cause using conventional method when the amount of material feed changed.In this paper, the selection method of process variables and the creation method of failure judgment area for making specification possible are proposed.The process variable which shows the same action is converged by choosing the explanatory variable of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) of a certain of material feed used as a standard on the neighborhood on two dimensional data space by PCA even if the amount of material feed changes.In addition the failure judgment area is prepared using least square method and standard deviation in consideration of the amount of material feed.The proposed methods are applied to process on a simulator and are confirmed its validity.
