KEY TECHNOLOGIES RESEARCH OF QUICK RESPONSE SYSTEM IN AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY MOVABLE PRODUCTION LINE
In the process of manufacture, enterprise should have a set of quick response mechanisms for some abnormal conditions (such as production process, quality and material) in order to eliminate job delay and improve product quality.Quick Response System (QRS) could manage, monitor,warning and analyze the Job Delay Event (JDE),and find out the hidden troubles in enterprise existed by using time & cost statistic analysis, thus provide support for business decisions.This paper first analyzed the importance of information monitoring and QRS in the process of manufacture.Then, we studied the application of workflow in QRS.Furthermore based on workflow technology,we discussed five key technologies in the movable production line of aircraft assembly, such as the abnormal information capture technology, the classification and confirmation technology, the response information release technology, the response information synchronization technology and quick response performance assess technology.Finally, this QRS designed in this paper is applied practically into the aircraft assembly production line of Shanghai aircraft manufacturing Co., LTD.
