A STUDY ON 4Ps STIMULATION ON LOW-COST AIRLINES PASSENGERS TO INCREASE TRAVELLING DEMAND
This paper aims to study 4Ps of low-cost airlines stimulate the passengers demand to increase their travelling and investigate the satisfaction and loyalty to the low-cost airlines.The respondent in this study are the Thai and foreigner passengers who used to fly with domestic and international flights of low cost airline.Questionnaires were distributed among the passengers waiting for departure at Suvannabhumi International Airport.A total of 125 questionnaires had been distributed and 100 questionnaires was usable.This sample size should be considered adequate for exploratory analysis in discovering travelling behaviour and reflecting the effectiveness of 4Psof the low-cost airlines and a large sample would be needed to validate the study 1.
