THE STUDY ON BANK SIZE AND STRENGTH OF BANK-SME RELATIONSHIP IN CHINA

摘要：

　　Based on logit binary choice regression model,this paper uses data from 172 information opaque firms of G province in China to analyze whether bank size affects strength of relationship between bank and SMEs.According to classification of bank size and bank character, the paper analyzes what impact different types of banks have on relationship between banks and firms.The results show that small banks have more stable relations with SMEs.
