Algorithm Improvement for Real Time ILIDS Analysis in Airborne Research

摘要：

　　We present a real-time algorithm to analyse ILIDS interferograms in airborne research,and propose a numerical implementation of image stretching to replace Scheimpflug systems,and simplify the design of the airborne instrument.
