Glare Point Reconstruction in Digital Holographic Microscopy for Droplet Characterization
We present in this communication our studies carried out in the domain of off-axis numerical holographic microscopy.Combining Generalized Lorenz-Mie Theory(GLMT)to compute the field scattered by transparent droplets and digital holography,we show that a numerical reconstruction based on the fractional Fourier transform allows to characterize the particles in terms of diameter of the droplet,and position.
