Stabilizing the Method of Moments for Dielectrics Using a Combined Charge and Current Formulation of the EFIE

摘要：

　　An alternative,frequency-stable form of the Method of Moments for dielectric materials is presented.By explicitly including both current and charge,a new set of integral equations is derived that remains well-conditioned at all frequencies.The practical implementation of this formulation is discussed,and a number of test results are presented.
