Propagation of Nonparaxial Gaussian Schell-model Electromagnetic Beams through an Aperture
Based on the generalized Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction integrals,the analytical expression for the 3×3 cross-spectral density matrix of nonparaxial Gaussian-Schell model electromagnetic beams propagating through a rectangle aperture is derived and used to formulate the spectral density and spectral degree of polarization of electromagnetic beams at the z plane.The effect of parameters f,fσ and truncation parameter δ on the spectral density and spectral degree of polarization of electromagnetic beams are stressed.The results are illustrated by numerical examples.
