An Overview of Dynamic Equilibrium State Theory
The dynamic equilibrium state(DES)theory is a novel analysis method for control systems. It is considered that what the input of control system controls directly is the equilibrium state, not the output or state of system. The state moves under constrain of the system structure matrix. If the system structure matrix is stable, the state moves relatively to its equilibrium state. This idea gives new solutions for the steady-state analysis in the state space, and is applied in the nonlinear time-varying system design. It provides a new point of view for the control system design. The recent development of DES theory is reviewed in this paper, which is summarized by five issues.Furthermore, the future studies are pointed out.
