ANALYSIS OF HIGH TEMPERATURE DUCTILITY OF PIPELINE STEEL AND APPLICATION TO ASP(R)PRODUCTION LINE IN ANGANG
In this study,Gleeble1500 thermodynamic simulator was applied to test high temperature ductility characteristics of X70 pipeline steel produced by continuous casters in ASP(R)production line of Angang Steel Co.Ltd..Furthermore,the phase structure,fractography and fracture mechanism were analyzed.In production practice,the continuous casting process simulation software which was developed according to this caster was used to calculate temperature field and solid phase fraction.Based on the test results of pipeline steel,the cooling algorithm was optimized for guaranteeing surface quality of pipeline steel slab.
