摘要：

　　C-Mn and 0.5Ni low temperature steel has been produced by the technology of low phosphorus and low sulfur with the equipment upgrading and technological innovation.By the technology of ultra-low phosphorus and sulfur,3.5Ni,5Ni and 9Ni low temperature steel has been used in major projects at home and abroad.By the research of welding and processing,the product technical service of the whole life cycle has been provided.
