DEVELOPMENT OF 12Cr2Mo1VR(H)STEEL PLATE FOR EQUIPMENT UNDER HYDROGEN ATMOSPHERE
The article introduced the technical requirements and the production technology of the 12Cr2Mo1VR(H)steel plate under hydrogen atmosphere by Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.The microstructure and property under different heat treatment conditions was also studied.The result shows that the 100mm plate produced by normalizing and tempering,contains mainly bainite,homogeneous chemical component with low percentage composition of extraneous component and exhibits superior properties.After PWHT and step cooling tests,the plate still shows excellent mechanical properties and temper brittleness resistance.
