Intelligent maintenance system for CNC machine tool based on B/S Internet

摘要：

　　The current status of CNC machine malfunction is only after the occurrence of passive maintenance.It is not before a predictive maintenance.By analyzing the function of enterprise production system needs to design an intelligent maintenance system which based on Web technologies for CNC machine.This system can reduce the cost of maintenance of CNC machine and reduce CNC machine downtime.Research on application architecture of three-layer b/s mode and introduce the general framework of the system and how it works.In addition,the key technologies of intelligent maintenance system are analyzed.Based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET platform,while developing the intelligent maintenance system of CNC machine with the help of programming language such C# 、ASP.The system can contribute to the timely and correct CNC machine tool failure diagnosis and increase equipment utilization.
