Development and application of measuring and control system for sewage sludge disposal based on LabVIEW
Effective treatment and resource utilization of sludge in city sewage farm is one of the hotspots in the field of environmental protection.To achieve the efficient treatment and reuse of sewage sludge,the online parameter measuring devices are developed in this paper,such as soil oxygen sensor,soil moisture sensor,soil temperature sensor,and the alterable frequency adjustment algorithm for air flow of sludge oxidation process is studied.Based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and parameter sensors,the online measuring and control system of field parameters is built and the process information management system is developed using LabVIEW and database.The experimental results show that the system is advanced,and it can meet the requirements of the production process.The system proposed in this paper has actual application value.
