Development of automatic measuring controller for total sugar content based on MSP430

  To realize the online measuring system for total sugar content in chlortetracycline fermenter,the controller of the online automatic measuring system based on MSP430 microcontroller is devoloped in this paper according to the requirements in the process of production,and the goal to automatically control the measuring system for total sugar content in fermentation chlortetracycline is achieved.In the process of hardware circuit design,MSP430 microcontroller is acted as a core component and it is equipped with a power supply circuit,clock circuits,communication circuits and relay driver circuit and so forth.The software in the automatic measuring system includes the I/O port operating procedures,data acquisition procedures,data transmission,interrupt procedures and other related programs.The functions of automatic sampling,filtering and cleaning in the measuring system for total sugar content are realized based on the systems hardware and software designed in this paper.Experimental results show that the controller of the automatic measuring system for total sugar content based on MSP430 can meet the requirements in the process of production and it has excellent application value.
