Research on the mapping relationship between macroscopic stiffness characteristics and mesostructure of rotor system based on finite element method
The paper put forward a research thought which establish the functional mapping based on the change rules of dynamics characteristics of macroscopic system due to the non-linear behavior of mesostructure for rotor system in view of the practical experience and then reduce dimensions of rotor systems legitimately.By simplifying the rotor model of contact structure of rod bolt in a type of engine appropriately,the effects of inhomogeneous rod bolt preload on the rotor stiffness characteristics under different eccentric state of disks were analyzed with the usage of ANSYS,qualitative results were obtained.The results show that when the bolts are evenly preloaded,the smaller eccentric angle and preload forces are,the more obvious nonlinear characteristics are;When half of the bolts are loosening,the larger eccentric angle is as while as the smaller preload forces are, the more obvious nonlinear characteristics are.
