The oxidative damage of Ni-based single crystal turbine blades

  The oxidative damage behavior law of Ni-based single crystal superalloy was investigated.A calculation model of oxidative damage applied to Ni-based single crystal superalloys was preliminary deduced on the basic of Neu/Sehitoglu model.By using the software of ABAQUS under this model,the oxidative damage on the surface of real turbine blade with stress or not were calculated.It was indicated that the oxidative damage distribution of the turbine blade with stress differs from that with not.
