Study on Support Modes for a Vehicular Missile Launcher
Support modes of a vehicular missile launcher will directly affect the dynamic response of whole vehicle during launching.Against the influence of support modes on the vibration performance of a missile launcher, the 1/2 missile launcher mathematical model was established, considering non-linear characteristics of suspension-tire system.Numerical simulations for different support modes during launching were conducted, and results consist of vibrational parameters of the vehicle, loads of all outriggers and tires were eventually acquired. The results show that the hybrid support can disperse the transmission load of the launcher system, reduce the impact of vehicle against the ground; suspension-tire system decreases rigid of the launcher system that will produce displacement oscillation of the launcher. The work in this issue provides theoretical basis for design and optimization of support modes on the system of a missile launcher.
