Simulation Research of Atomizing Performance on Nozzle

  Numerical simulation is done on the inner and the spray flow field of the external-mixing nozzle using software FLUENT.The pressure distribution of the nozzle inner,the velocity distribution of nozzle downriver and the diameter size of the nozzle are simulated.And influence of nozzle structure and air velocity on performance of nozzle is discussed.The results are analyzed on the simulation in view of energy conversion,which will have some instruct significance on nozzle design.
