Coupled Impact Characters Research on Monorail Rocket Sled-Track
The full-scale monorail rocket sled-track coupled numerical model is established by transient dynamics finite elements,which considered nonlinear factors as the rocket motor thrust,aerodynamics,slipper-rail contact and rail irregularity.The stress,strain,deformation,accelerations and velocities are computed for sled and rail,as well as slipper-rail impact forces,which affords rocket sled-track system design basis for sled-track engineers to gain consistent,reliable and safe payload testing environment.
