Fault Simulation and Fault Diagnosis for the Hydraulic System of Offshore Crane Lifting Mechanism
For the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system of offshore crane hoisting mechanism,a hydraulic model of hoisting mechanism is built and simulated in the AMESim simulation environment to obtain the fault features.The samples acquired from the AMESim simulation are used to train the BP neural network fault diagnosis model and diagnose the hydraulic faults.The results indicate that the BP neural network performs well in fault diagnosis for the hydraulic system of the offshore crane hoisting mechanism.
