Vibration Analysis of the Deep Hole Drilling Tool in the Drilling Process of the CFRP Parts
By analyzing the forces of the deep hole drilling tool in conducting the deep hole process of CFRP parts,establish a dynamic model of the deep hole boring bar during cutting.Analyze the vibration of the deep hole drilling tool when it is processing CFRP parts and affected by alternating loads,system parameter should be optimized to make process more stable.
