Design and Analysis of Conjugate Profiles Based on Matlab_GUI for New Non-Involute Harmonic Gear Drive
In harmonic gear drive,traditional involute profile has many disadvantages,for example,stress concentration in the root of tooth,insufficient meshing range and so on.For working out this problem,a kind of new non-involute profile for circular spline and flexspline was designed and the mathematical model of standard profile was established.Combined with Matlab_GUI,interactive visualization interface was prepared on the basis of theoretical analysis.It can parameterize the following functions,which includes design for the tooth profile of flexspline hob in normal plane,design for the tooth profile of circular spline and flexspline,meshing simulation of circular spline and flexspline,interference analysis in the process of meshing and three-dimensional modeling combined with Pro/E.Matlab_GUI can improve designing efficiency of this new non-involute profile validly.
