The Structural Design and the ANSYS Analysis of Screw Based on the Grease’s Separators

　　In recent years,it is a social problem that to deal with kitchen garbage reasonably.So it is the general trend of the development to invent grease separators.grease separators is a device which are used to achieve oil from kitchen garbage.What is more,screws structure is an important part of the greases separators.Firstly,we analyze and design the screws structure of the greases separators.Secondly,the stress and strain of the helical blade structure were analyzed by using ANSYS.Finally,the reasonableness of the spiral blade design is determined by the analysis of ANSYS.
