Topology Optimization of Anchor Windlass Wall Shelf Based on OptiStruct

  This paper uses SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional model of the wall frame of anchor windlass,static analysis and modal analysis based on ANSYS Workbench,and then the use of HyperWorks in the OptiStruct optimization module of the anchor winch frame wall topology optimization.According to the topology optimization results,combined with the manufacturing and processing,production requirements,in order to meet the structural stiffness and strength,as far as possible to reduce the quality,ultimately determine the best structure design,structure before and after comparison of topological optimization,topology optimization results show that has theory significance,and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design anchor windlass structure.
