Analysis and Research of Centrifugal Pump Vibration and Noise Based on Rotate Speed and the Number of Impeller Blades

  The centrifugal pump structure noise is often due to the vibration caused by the asymmetry of rotating parts and unaligned center of rotating component,while rotate speed and the number of impeller blades are important factors affecting its asymmetry.Its analyzed the impact of centrifugal pump vibration and noise depending on rotate speed and the number of impeller blades in this paper.By simulating various centrifugal pump operating conditions,such as only change the rotate speed in other conditions remain unchanged,study the effect of rotate speed on the centrifugal pump vibration and noise.Or rotate speed under certain conditions,convert into a different number of impeller blades and study the impact of different blades on centrifugal pump vibration and noise.Finally,it can be found from the analysis results that the rotate speed and the number of impeller blades have a great impact on centrifugal pump noise and vibration.The research results are helpful for design of low vibration and low noise centrifugal pumps.
