The Study of the Instantaneity of the Closed Switch of Tandem Warhead Back Main Fuse

  Because of the existence of the tandem warhead bullet,the position of the HEAT(High Explosive-Anti-Tank)s head where the closed switch previously mount on is occupied.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the main fuse with a high level of instantaneity,the study of the instantaneity of the close switch and the loss of the projectiles stand-off distance is proposed.The close time of the closed switch and the loss of the stand-off distance were simulated in different circumstances when projectile touch the target by LS-DYNA software.Then a new method is used to calculate the loss of the projectiles stand-off distance.The result can meet the requirements of the instantaneity and the loss of stand-off distance of the projectile,which can be achieved to provide design basis for the closed switchs material selection and structural design.
