Structures and Statics Analysis of Slider-Style Rolling and Sliding Complex Rails

摘要：

　　According to the slider-style rolling and sliding complex rails functional requirements,we design its structural,manufacture its pilot,and simplified single slider-style rolling and sliding complex rail model was static finite element simulated.Preload force has a significant impact on the loading distribution between rolling and sliding combined surfaces is verified.Under the normal load,the rolling combined surface can get a suitable proportion of the normal force by adjusting the preload size.
