Hydrodynamic Sound Source Tube Design and Analysis of Flow-induced Miniature Piezoelectric Resonance Generator
Flow-induced generator has been equipped on many fuzes abroad as physical power supply. The application is limited due to its bulky size and complex structure. In this paper, the hydrodynamic sound source tube of a novel flow-induced miniature piezoelectric resonance generator has been proposed based on Hartmann acoustic generator. The structure has been simulated and its feasibility has been verified by computational fluid dynamics calculation and piezoelectric calculation in FLUENT and ANSYS,respectively. It is concluded that with certain pressure at the inlet, the generator could provide a stable voltage which fulfil low power consumption application of fuze. This will provide reference for design and experiments of the generator in the future.
