Research on An Integrated Optimization Method of Barrel

  To reduce the maximum chamber pressure,reduce the barrel mass and increase the initial velocity,comprehensively considering the barrel structural,interior ballistic,stiffness,strength and the design of bore,a kind of integrated optimization model of barrel was built.By using the weighted method,several objects were normalized to a single target.The model was optimized by the algorithm which integrates uniform design,BP neural network and genetic algorithm.The example in the paper shows that the barrel mass was lightened by 11.1%while the initial velocity was increased by 11.1%after the optimization.The overall performance has improved.It provides a new method for the integrated design of barrel.
