Thermal Displacement Analysis of Feed System Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Based on the theory of thermal expansion model of thin ring and long cylinder,this paper regarded 40TAC 72A angular contact ball bearing as research object to establish a thermal expansion model of bearings which considered the influence of screw shaft and bearing house,calculated the radial and axial thermal displacement of inner and outer rings in condition of different rotation speed and axial force,and got the relative radial and axial thermal displacement between the center of curvature of bearing rings.The results showed that: Radial thermal displacement of bearing is bigger than axial thermal displacement,and the relative radial and axial thermal displacement of the center of curvature of bearing rings are similar.
