Structural Design and Parameter Optimization of Impression Cylinder for Iron Printing Machine Based on Workbench
The impression cylinder is the key part of high-speed printing machine,its structure and working properties have a direct influence to the final products.Speed of the printing cylinder is very high(its average speed about 6000r/h or more).Cylinders volume often was designed very large on traditional design methods.In order to improve its performance at high speed,the mass of the cylinder must be reduced.Designed and optimized the cylinder by modern design method in this paper.The optimization results showed that: the mass of cylinder was decreased largely under the conditions of keeping cylinders max deformation and stress in a min value.The properties of impression cylinder at high speed were largely improved at the same time.This modern design method provides a thesis support for practice.
