Stiffness Analysis of Hydrostatic Bearing on Heavy-duty Press and Simulation of the Flow Field
Hydrostatic bearing is widely used in many devices.This paper analyzes the influences of pressure ratio,oil pressure,effective area and radius clearance,in order to obtain a larger carrying capacity and stiffness of the film.A three-dimensional model of the film was built to simulate its flow field using the FLUENT software.Through the analysis,the flow pattern is revealed,and the result is consistent with the facts,showing the feasibility of this simulation method thus providing a theoretical basis for further optimization design and performance improvement of hydrostatic bearing.
